Delivery & Return / Exchange Policy
In Kuwait Delivery:
Orders placed before 12pm (Sunday - Wednesday) will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed before 12pm on Thursday will be delivered on Saturday.
Local Tees delivers locally via Posta Plus.
Time of Delivery:
Weekdays: Saturday - Thursday between 9am and 6pm
*Please note that all orders placed on weekends will be delivered on Saturday.
International Delivery:
International deliveries will be available soon. At the moment, orders can be placed by contacting us on info@local-tees.com
Local Tees delivers your package wherever you are, by adding the sales taxes or import duties with the international charges if any/may be charged on the purchase.
Local Tees delivers internationally via FedEx.
International Delivery Timing:
Weekdays: Weekdays: Sunday – Thursday between 9am and 6pm
Cancelation:
Orders may be cancelled by email up to the time they are dispatched. Any sent orders cannot be canceled, but can be refunded or exchanged.
Refund/Exchange: Items may be unused, unworn and in perfect shape with it’s original label and packaging. Goods will be exchanged for the same item of a different size or color subject to availability. Refund will be issued on the items purchase cost of order, the purchase cost is defined as the total value of the order less any taxes, duties and shipping. Items on SALE cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping and handling charges as well as the custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Local Tees may refuse the return or exchange of any item that’s used or damaged.
Period of return: 7 days if in Kuwait, 14 days for international from the received date.
